- SUBJECT MATTER AND APPLICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between UniBridge Mobility d.o.o., as the service provider (hereinafter: UniBridge), and all legal or natural persons using its services (hereinafter: the Client), in relation to the organization and implementation of professional internship and mobility activities, particularly within the Erasmus+ programme.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by UniBridge, regardless of whether a separate written agreement exists.
The Client shall be deemed to have accepted these General Terms and Conditions by accepting an offer, placing an order for services, or making payment based on an issued invoice.
- PURPOSE AND ROLE OF UNIBRIDGE
UniBridge acts exclusively as a supporting organization providing intermediation, organization, coordination, and logistical support services in the practical aspects of mobility implementation.
UniBridge shall not be considered a school, a beneficiary of Erasmus+ grants, a host organization, an employer of participants, an accommodation provider, a transport provider, a travel agency, an insurer, or a party responsible for the pedagogical, administrative, financial, or substantive aspects of the project, unless a specific service is explicitly contracted as a direct UniBridge service.
UniBridge shall not be liable for the actions, omissions, decisions, business conditions, availability, prices, cancellations, or other circumstances relating to third-party service providers, including host organizations, accommodation providers, transport services, activity providers, language schools, and other partners, unless the damage is a direct result of its intent or gross negligence.
UniBridge’s role is strictly limited to practical and logistical tasks and in no case includes the assumption of key project obligations, including financial management of funds, reporting to competent authorities, or decision-making regarding the content and outcomes of mobility.
- SCOPE OF SERVICES
UniBridge provides services that may include the organization of internships, accommodation, cultural activities, language courses, local transport, transport passes, and administrative and logistical support during the organization and implementation of mobility.
Each individual service is provided exclusively based on the Client’s request and prior confirmation.
Services not explicitly defined as included shall not be considered part of the service.
UniBridge does not organize international travel for participants nor assumes responsibility for participants’ personal costs or insurance, unless specifically agreed.
- INTERNSHIP PLACEMENT
UniBridge undertakes to take reasonable and professional actions aimed at finding a suitable internship placement for participants, in accordance with available information, participant profile, field of study, language competencies, and Client requirements.
UniBridge does not guarantee that it will be possible to find a placement that fully meets all expectations nor does it guarantee the content of work tasks, pedagogical outcomes, the behavior of the host organization, or the overall quality of the experience.
UniBridge conducts a basic suitability check of the host organization based on available information, however such verification does not constitute a legal, financial, safety, or pedagogical guarantee.
- ACCOMMODATION, ACTIVITIES AND TRANSPORT SERVICES
If the Client selects certain services, UniBridge may mediate the organization of accommodation, cultural activities, language courses, and transport through third-party service providers.
Reservations are made exclusively after written or electronic confirmation by the Client.
In the event of subsequent cancellation, the Client bears all cancellation costs, non-refundable amounts, and other financial obligations arising from the reservations.
UniBridge assumes no responsibility for schedule changes, weather conditions, delays, or decisions of third-party service providers.

The Client is responsible for timely communication, providing all relevant information, and notifying of any changes that may affect the organization of mobility.
The Client bears responsibility for the behavior of participants and for all consequences arising from their non-compliance with the rules of host organizations, accommodation providers, and the local community.
- STATUS OF PARTICIPANTS
Participants in mobility, their parents, guardians, and other related persons shall not be considered contractual parties and do not acquire direct rights against UniBridge based on these Terms and Conditions.
The Client is obliged to inform these persons of the participation rules, mobility conditions, and limitations of UniBridge’s liability.
- LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UniBridge shall not be liable for difficulties and consequences arising from participant behavior, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client, insufficient preparation of participants, actions of third parties, or other circumstances beyond its control.
- INCIDENTS AND REPLACEMENT OF INTERNSHIP
UniBridge may consider intervention exclusively in cases where the host organization seriously violates the agreed conditions or fails to provide basic working conditions in accordance with agreed parameters.
Replacement of the internship placement is not guaranteed and depends on availability and objective circumstances.
In cases of subjective dissatisfaction of the participant or reasons not caused by the host organization’s shortcomings, UniBridge is not obliged to provide a replacement.
- FINANCIAL TERMS
The Client is obliged to make payment for the ordered services in accordance with the issued invoice.
UniBridge is not obliged to make reservations or assume financial obligations prior to receiving payment.
UniBridge assumes no responsibility for loss of reservations, price changes, or unavailability of services caused by late payment.
Refunds are not possible in cases arising from the Client’s omissions, participant behavior, decisions of third-party service providers, or force majeure circumstances.
- TERMINATION OF THE LEGAL RELATIONSHIP

In the event of termination, the Client is obliged to settle all incurred costs.
- CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-CIRCUMVENTION
All business information, including partners, contacts, and internal procedures, shall be considered confidential.

All disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible, and in the event of failure to reach an agreement, the competent court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
