How is a student selected?
Based on your needs and requirements, we select candidates who best match your team. We take into account the field of work, level of knowledge, language skills and the student’s motivation in order to ensure quality fit.

Can we participate in the selection?
Of course. Before the final selection, you can review candidate profiles and, if needed, organize a short online interview to choose the student who suits you best.

What if the student is not a good fit?
In rare cases when the collaboration does not function as expected, we respond quickly and look for a solution – either through additional support or by finding a replacement candidate.

What are our responsibilities as a mentor?
Your role is to provide a basic working environment and mentor who will introduce the student to tasks and monitor their work. Everything else - from organization to administration - is handled by UniBridge.
